Multi-stage tube safety sliding contact line can be used in factories, mines, warehouses, stations, ports and other places lifting machinery such as: electric hoist, beam and bridge cranes.
(I) main components and their working principles:The power supply safety sliding contact wire device is composed of two main components, the guide, and some auxiliary components:
1. Catheter: it is a semi-closed special-shaped tubular part, which is the main part of the safety slip contact line. The inner part can be embedded with 2-9 naked guide rails as the power supply conductor according to the needs. The guide rails are insulated from each other and the outer shell, so as to ensure the safety of power supply. 2. The electric guide is a set of brush shell frames running in the conduit, which are driven by the pulling fork (or traction chain, etc.) placed on the electric power mechanism (truck, car, electric hoist, etc.) to run synchronously with the electric power mechanism, and transmit the electric energy of the brush to the motor or other control elements through the guide rail. The guide brush has 3-16 poles corresponding to the number of guide rails in the tube.
