Sliding Wiring Installation Regulations

(1) A gap of 20mm is left at the deformation seam and the maintenance section. Sliding wiring end head smooth, the bottom difference between the two ends is not greater than 1mm. 

(2) Brush paint, color paint parts, color correct without leakage brush.The indicator light indicates normal. 

(3) The slider is smooth in the whole stroke glide, without a large spark. Inspection method: Observe or check the installation test run record. 　

(4) Metal parts anti-corrosion uniform without omission. Test method: Observe the check or view the trial run record.

(5) The slider is fitted flat and firm, the sliding touch surface is smooth and the contact is good. The slider center does not slide out of the edge of the wiring when sliding. Sliding block flexible No-card resistance phenomenon. The insulating parts are complete.

Test method: Observe and test run check.

(6) The height of the metal frame below 3.5m is reliable, the cross section of the grounding line is selected correctly. Grounding wire No leakage connection. Test method: Observe and check.
